What we collect

When you send a booking request, a guide request or a message, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone or messenger contact, trip details (route, date, passengers, vehicle, pickup information) and any notes you add.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your request, arrange and confirm your transport, and contact you about that booking. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in our booking system on our hosting provider's infrastructure and may be forwarded to our team's messaging account so we can reply quickly. Access is limited to the people who handle bookings.

Analytics and cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and where the booking form can be improved. If you decline, analytics is not loaded. The site also remembers your cookie choice in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to provide the service and meet our accounting obligations, then delete them.
