Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The price you see covers the whole car and driver for your group, whether you are one traveller or the full capacity of the vehicle.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Send a request with your route, date and contact details. We confirm by WhatsApp, Telegram or email — whichever you prefer.
What happens after I send a request?
Our team checks availability, confirms the vehicle and final price, and sends you the pickup details. Your booking is confirmed once you receive that confirmation from us.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your pickup time are free of charge. Message us on WhatsApp, Telegram or email to cancel.
Do you provide airport pickups?
Yes. We meet arrivals at Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Urgench airports, and at other airports on request.
Which vehicle should I choose?
A sedan suits up to 3 passengers with standard luggage. Choose an SUV for 4 passengers or extra bags, a minivan for up to 7, and a microbus for larger groups. If you are unsure, tell us your group size and luggage and we'll recommend one.
