About this experience
Samsa are the pastries you'll see in every bazaar and bakery in Uzbekistan: crisp, flaky dough filled with meat and onion, pumpkin or greens, baked against the wall of a tandoor. In this session a local cook shows you how they're made from start to finish.
You'll roll the dough, prepare the filling and learn the folds that give samsa their shape. Then you bake them and eat them hot — the only way samsa should be eaten.
